At L'OBJET, we strive for complete satisfaction with our handcrafted home collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original L'OBJET gift boxes and protective shipping carton to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
